Illegal Immigrants means people who illegally entered in any country without government permissions and also violates the law of immigration. The people who live abroad nation having valid visa are comes under legal immigrants and in other hand people who live abroad nation having expired visa are comes under illegal Immigrants. Many countries are suffer from this issue examples- USA, India, South Korea, Russia etc.

             

                          If any country have open borders then there is no issue of illegal Immigrants for them. Anybody can migrate to that country and live there is considered as legal immigrants. Example Nepal have open boundary with India.

    

Till 1970 USA have open boundary at that point of time the people who migrated in USA was considered as legal immigrants.

Causes of illegal immigration

•  Poverty
• Unemployment
• Lack of education facilities
• Poor in health service
• Not provide citizenship by their respective government
• Political issues
• Poor in infrastructure
• Not equally treated by their government

                   Above causes are with respect to immigrants from their native country.

  Effects on country

• Population of that country is increases illegally.
• May be internal security can be affected.
• Conflicts occur day by day.
• Job opportunities are less for legal citizens.
• Riots occurs due to disbalance of culture.
• Drugs trafficking.
• Kidnapping, Murder, rape etc.
• Money laundering.
• Illegal Immigrants become illegal vote banks for some political parties.
• Risk of growth of Terrorism.

• Availability of labour
• Low wages labour
• Some new inventory in Business, Economic, commercial

                        In current India has this issue as Rohingya Muslims. Basically Rohingya are from Myanmar. But the government of Myanmar doesn't provide them citizenship. So they are illegally crossed the border and comes in India. And now it is a big challenge for the Indian government. There are many aspects by which they are not accepted by Indian government i.e Internal security issue, Political issues, Economic issue, etc.
